These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and services. By purchasing from our store, you agree to comply with these terms. We are a Budapest-based brand specializing in high-quality rugs.
Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payment must be completed before the order is processed. Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout. For custom orders, we require a 50% prepayment, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the rug. If the customer decides not to accept a completed custom order, the 50% prepayment is non-refundable.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer free delivery within Hungary. For international orders, the shipping cost is a fixed rate of €25. Orders below this amount will incur a shipping fee. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Customers in Budapest can choose free showroom pickup. Once the order is dispatched, we will provide tracking details via email.
Returns & Claims
Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item. We cover return shipping costs within the warranty conditions. Warranty covers manufacturing defects such as material issues, seam separation, and stitching defects. It does not cover wear and tear, sun fading, pet damage, or improper maintenance. To make a claim, email us at hello@whitewoodstudio.eu with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
Privacy Policy
We comply with EU GDPR regulations regarding personal data. We collect and store necessary customer data to process orders, provide services, and improve user experience. Customer data will not be shared with third parties except for logistics and payment processing partners.
