Shipping
We offer free delivery within Hungary. For international orders, the shipping cost is a fixed rate of €25.
We ship within and outside the EU via GLS. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Customers in Budapest can choose free showroom pickup.
We ship within 3 days after purchase.
Once the tracking number is generated, we provide it via email.
Additional Shipping Fees
For some destinations (e.g., remote areas), an additional fee might be added.
For large, odd-sized, heavy, or special deliveries, an additional fee might be added.
We will contact you if this applies to your order.
Dispatch & Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
You can follow your order using the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email, which will be sent as soon as we dispatch your order.
Hungarian orders take up to 3 days to deliver within the country.
International orders typically take 5-15 business days from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.
Longer delivery times may apply during peak periods such as Easter, Christmas, and other public holidays.
Delays
If a delivery is delayed or cannot be dispatched, or only partially fulfilled due to stock shortages or other unforeseen circumstances, we will inform the customer as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the order was placed.
In such cases, the customer has the right to cancel the order free of charge, and we will issue a full refund within 30 days of cancellation.
White Wood Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes at the destination.
If the logistics provider causes delays, White Wood Studio cannot be held liable.
White Wood Studio does not cover shipping costs for uncollected packages.
Returns
Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 calendar days from the day the goods are delivered. Items must be unused and undamaged, with all labels and tags intact. Returns that show signs of damage, wear, washing, alteration, or use beyond trying the item on may not be accepted and could be returned to the customer, or a refund may be denied.
